Local solar time (LST) refers to the time of the position of the Sun.
Solar noon = 12:00 noon LST, maximum possible solar irradiance on a clear day, for that location.
LST can be used to determine highest solar irradiance & shading time in local time (LT).
For example, find the LT when LST = 12:00 noon
In Google Maps, right click the location in the map and it will show {latitude, longitude}.
From longitude:
0 to +180 = East (E)
0 to -180 = West (W)
Site coordinate: 3.0716, 101.5419
Longitude is 0 < 101.5419 < +180, so is Eastern Hemisphere.
